I have had the pleasure of working with Diana over the past 20 years in the Real Estate Industry. Diana has been involved in many Real Estate Developments where she took the project from startup undeveloped land to the completed project of a single family home working closely with the Developer, Department of Real Estate and the County or City municipality. She communicated with the Buyers and Developers to make a smooth and successful closing of a finished product to the new homeowner. Many times the Customer was a First time Home Buyer which takes an additional amount of skill and patience which she excels at.
Our support role to Diana was in the Title Insurance and Escrow Services. She coordinated with our Operations at Chicago Title and currently Fidelity Title with the Sales, Title and Escrow Divisions. Our experience with Diana was that she was always the professional and her Customers admire and respect her.
