Lorna and I are very pleased with Diana Kolec’s handling of the sale of our house. The sale of our house was prompted by our desire back in April (when we made it known to Diana) that we were going to retire in Hawaii around August 2019. The timeline of the sale of the house was set in motion starting (with her recommendation for) the pricing the house in a most competitive yet practical manner based on its current market value. Next on the timeline was making the house’s appearance presentable both from the inside and outside. Once again, she made recommendations that made our home worthy of the price we’re asking for. The final and maybe the most critical factor in our timeline was the length of time we required her to get the house sold in time for our move in August. This final requirement as she called it was a “Tall Order” from us which she delivered that eventually got the house successfully sold in less than a week from the time it was advertised.

Rich was an amazing Realtor to work with. His knowledge and experience with the sales process immediately put me at ease and made the entire sale as easy as possible. Rich was in constant communications with me the entire time, letting me know where we were in the process, what steps were coming up, and answering all my questions. When I decided to sell my Lompoc house and move to Santa Maria I called Diana to discuss selling my Lompoc home. She advised me what needed to be done to get my home ready to sell. It went up for sale on a Monday and by Wednesday we had 5 showings with three full price offers by Thursday. Everything happened so fast I hadn’t even started shopping for loans for my new home or looked at any homes in Santa Maria. Diana was calm, cool and collected and I accepted an offer with a 45-day escrow to allow me time to find my new home. Diana made recommendations for financing and sent me several listings that fit my requests. We set up a day to look at several homes that I requested and one that Diana also wanted me to see even though it had an HOA which I was not really interested in. The home that Diana picked for me was perfect, it had met all my needs and then some. We made an offer and we opened escrow. Diana and Rich were amazing through the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home. They made recommendations to help me from inspections, financing and getting estimates. Diana was a call or text away to answer all my questions no matter how big or small and shared her knowledge to make this process the best it could be especially considering this all took place the beginning of December. They know their stuff and if there was something they weren’t sure of they called in an expert to ensure I was fully informed with all the necessary information on my home sale and home purchase.

Diana was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her professionalism and friendly attitude did wonders to calm my nerves as a first time homebuyer. Diana goes the extra mile, and I don’t know that I could have purchased a home from out of state without her guidance.

First of all, how can I possibly start. Diana Kolec was so helpful from the first moment that we met her at an open house. She was willing to go above and beyond even if we weren’t even going to use her as our realtor. The communication with her was amazing throughout the whole process and she was constantly giving us updates. I purchased my home while being out of the area due to my military service yet she was overly accommodating the entire time to ensure everything went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend her as a realtor, especially for you military folks out there! She has such a heart and passion for the military, is very knowledgeable about some of the extra things we need and such an incredible woman. She truly went above and beyond to make sure that I got into my home as soon as possible!

I really appreciate how fast they were able to get me the house I was looking for.
